Island Hopping

Come along as we “island hop” around Lake Huron to two of the Upper Peninsula’s most unique and diverse islands.  This is an all-inclusive trip.  All lodging, excursions, gratuities, and breakfasts, lunches and most dinners are included. Our trip will begin with a late morning flight from St. Ignace to Bois Blanc Island (locally known as Boblo) where we will spend three nights at The Hideaway, a family-owned bed and breakfast.  This remote and undeveloped island, located just south of Mackinac Island, is perfect for unique hiking and sightseeing opportunities. After our stay on Bois Blanc, we will fly via private charter plane along the southeastern shore of the Upper Peninsula to Drummond Island. We will spend four nights at Drummond Island Resort in two private cabins. We will explore Drummond Island by off road ATV, hike to scenic areas, and take a half day trip aboard the Schooner Huron Jewel.  We will depart Drummond Island by ferry (vehicle transportation provided), stop for lunch at the Les Cheneaux Culinary School in Hessel, and return to the airport in St. Ignace late in the afternoon.
